No personal checks please - we accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay/Google Wallet, and of course, cash.
Special Orders and Layaways require a 30% deposit.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for cancelled Special Orders after they have shipped from our suppliers.
After 30 days, unclaimed repair items will be deemed 'abandoned' and will incur a $5 per day storage fee.
After 90 days, abandoned items will become the property of Al's Bike Shop, and may be sold or disposed of at our discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

New bikes and merchandise may be returned for a full refund as long as it has been no more than 30 calendar days from the date of original purchase. We will only accept the return if it is:

Still in showroom condition with no signs of wear, and has not been modified or personalized in any way.
- If the item shows any signs of wear, it will be evaluated for restoration/repair, and that sum will be deducted from the refund amount.
Must be accompanied by an original receipt, or an electronic record with the associated customer name/phone number.
Credit Card and Electronic payments (Apple Pay, Google Wallet, etc.) will be only refunded via the original payment method.
Cash payments will only be refunded up to $50, and any additional balance will be paid via a shop credit.

Al's Bike Shop charges a 20% restocking fee for all returned 'special order' bikes that have been shipped from our suppliers.

SMS Messaging Policy

Al's Bike Shop provides standard-rate SMS (Short Messaging Service) programs which provide various types of information to our customers. Subscribers in our programs have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from Al's Bike Shop, while understanding that consent is not a condition of service. Your carrier's standard message and data rates may apply . All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Al's Bike Shop will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

By subscribing to this text messaging service, you consent to Al's Bike Shop collecting and using certain information, including your mobile phone number, your carrier's name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information you provide as part of this service. This information is used to contact you and provide services you request from Al's Bike Shop in accordance with the subscription list you've enrolled in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party companies for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with trusted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messaging and facilitating communication on behalf of Al's Bike Shop. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide these services and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. Your information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Al's Bike Shop may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you.

Maximum number of messages per month will vary based on the subscription list you've enrolled in. You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP and you will receive a text confirming that you have been unsubscribed for the Al's Bike Shop text message list.
